  Excellent small museum, with a delightful charm all of its own, and an equally delightful cafe. Interesting grounds for a short stroll if weather is in your favour. Definitely a hidden wee gem.

  A little gem on a wet day. Three things set it apart. Oswald the cat in residence, the ceramics exhibition and the small exhibition on the life and work of John Allen. Well worth getting wet for.

  Interesting and well presented gallery and museum. The staff and volunteers are really friendly and helpful. There is also a gallery cat in charge, Oswald!
  
  Lovely garden at the sides and back of the building.
  
  The cafe is highly recommended. Fresh food, lovely salad, great value, very friendly and relaxing.
