  Its ok but not ma favorite koffee hoose. Dont like the glassez they serve the koffee in.

  Last Sunday (12th of March about 3pm) I went to get my usual Costa coffee when I was refused my coffee by one of the manager because I was using my a cup which is suitable for a disabled person which I am in a wheelchair and the carer was very angry at her attitude. She refused to serve me because she couldn't put the lid on the cup for health and safety reasons. Over so many years being a loyal customer and never having this problem before I was very disappointed on my visit.

  Gave Euros back when I went back and asked for return in pounds, the employee just smirked at me while the manager there gave me a lecture how the euros didnt look like pounds. it should have only been a return of £3 something so this shouldnt have been a big deal at all. Manager was also telling that they dont give receipts because its the company policy. Upon calling the customer service they said they should have asked if i needed the receipt which they never did either. I travel alot around UK so have been to Costa all over the country and this is the worst Costa customer service I've recieved.

  One of the nice wee coffee shops in Stirling, even better when you can get one of the window seats.
  The hot chocolates are delicious and my favourite is the blueberry muffins (with liquidy centre!)
  
  He service has always been fairly quick and they have pull out changing station in the toilet for little ones and high chairs.
  
  It's tight to get in with prams to sit down, but if it's not too busy, do-able. Walking in to take away, there's plenty room to get in and out with a pram.

  Loads of tables available, staff are really friendly, always busy, good selection of food always available, could do with more staff cleaning tables
