  I was disgusted to see the girl serving had no gloves on as she handled our food hand picked the nachos, wiped down tables, picked up dirty plates all without washing her hands. The food is majorly over priced!! And not even tasty.

  I was very disappointed with the service yesterday. One of the girls serving customers ignored me and served her friends who were right behind me in the queue. When I pointed it out, she continued to ignore me and served them first. It the first time I had to wait for a take-away coffee and sandwich for 15 minutes. Terrible service. Wouldn't recommend

  They serve good coffee and soup but sometimes you get chipped crockery.

  Crema used to be the best place to go for coffe and a snack or lunch. It seems to have fallen a bit from grace these day, the shop is looking tired and while the coffee is resaonable the food is lacking a little bit.
